“My 10 year old daughter wanted to have her eyebrows shaped because she felt like they were "outta control" (her words... not mine). Ms. Dianna was recommended by a friend of mine so I booked an appointment. Not only was Ms. Dianna's salon clean and beautiful, Ms. Dianna herself was so helpful. My 10 year old wanted her brows done in a specific way and Ms. Dianna did a preview on my daughter of what she would remove. This gave my daughter an option to choose before the wax was applied and I thought this was amazing! After an idea was agreed upon, Ms. Dianna was incredibly gentle, talked to her about what she was doing, and helped her understand what to look for afterwards. Everything she said was helpful and I appreciate how great my daughter feels about the look she achieved with Ms. Dianna's knowledge and skill. I asked my daughter how she felt about the experience and she said, "I'm glad you took me there instead of taking me to just any place with lots of people because she only worked with me."
